1. Members who have elected to join the Samarahan Facilities shall each lend a sum of RM 30.00 per month.
2. Associate Members who are golfers at the Samarahan Facilities shall each lend a sum of RM 10.00 per month

That the loan shall be in force for an initial period of twelve months and shall be reviewed by the Members of the Sarawak Club at a General Meeting to be convened within 10 months from the date hereof."

Hence, effective December 2009, the Club has debited every Members who had opted for the Samarahan Facilities the monthly subscription of RM 60.00 and RM 20.00 for golfing and non-golfing members respectively.

After consideration, it was decided that Absent Members who had opted for the Samarahan Facilities shall be charged a monthly subscription of RM 10.00 and monthly loan of RM 30.00, both payable in advance i.e RM 120.00 and RM 360.00 respectively.

The current Statement of Account for Absent Members, who have been charged the first month's subscription and loan, will show the balance of RM 120.00 and RM 360.00 respectively, being debited to their accounts.
